Filemail Business and Enterprise accounts can have multiple users. Administrators can add new users from the Team section of Filemail settings.
Each user requires an available license. If you add a user when no spare licenses are available, Filemail will notify you and automatically add an additional license to your subscription.
The exception is the AdminOnly role. AdminOnly users can perform administrative tasks but cannot send or receive files, so they do not require a license. This role cannot be assigned by account administrators and is only available through Filemail staff. If you need an AdminOnly user added to your account, please contact Filemail Support.
