Manage Contacts

The easiest way to synchronize contacts is to install our desktop based file transfer apps, which are available for both Windows and Macs. When you start the application you will be asked if you want to synchronize contacts from Outlook in Windows - or Contacts when running macOS.
Alternatively, visit the contact manager to add, edit or delete any contact. It is possible to import contacts from several different e-mail providers like Gmail, or you can upload a .CSV file with addresses to import.

Tip: You can organize contacts into groups - simply by dragging the contacts onto a group.
