This information is visible on the widget above your name in the bottom left corner of the interface. Additionally, a more detailed breakdown of your storage is available in your Account settings.

For company administrators there is another section showing information about all users in the company. From there a company administrator can also clean up transfers in order to reduce the size of used storage space.
