Many of our users start out with a lower plan subscription and have the need to upgrade to a Business or Enterprise account at a later time.
Upgrading your Filemail plan is a straightforward process that can be completed directly from your account interface.
Log in to your Filemail account.
Navigate to Account Settings.
Select Subscription and then go to Plans.
Click on Change plan located at the top-right corner of the page.
Choose your desired plan from the available options.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your choice and, if applicable, provide your payment details. Any payment you have already made for your current account will be pro-rated and calculated against your new price, so it doesn't matter if you upgrade at the beginning or close to the end of your current subscription cycle.
