Account administrators as well as specific Portal's creators can control which team members appear as selectable recipients for a given Portal. This allows you to:
Limit the recipient list to only relevant individuals;
Prevent mistakes (e.g., sending file submissions to inappropriate people);
Optimize the upload form for the user — shorter, cleaner, and more concise.
Recipient Configuration Options
For each Portal, you can set each user to one of the following roles:
Unavailable - They do not appear as a recipient in this Portal;
Available - They appear in the recipient list;
Preselected → They appear and are selected by default.
You can manually add/remove users from the available list or use “Add all” / “Remove all” for faster configuration. This setting is independent for each Portal.
