We continuously monitor our email servers to ensure that emails are delivered to the recipients of your files. If they (or you) don't receive emails, then please check your SPAM folder (or JUNK folder in case you're using Outlook).

If you have a Gmail account - then please check your Promotions tab.

You can also share the download URL to recipients using your email account. The download URL is the browser address which is displayed when you are on the download page - and looks something like this: https://www.filemail.com/d/asdfasdfasdfasd

Another alternative is to use our Outlook Addin. All emails are sent from your account when using this Addin - so the emails will be delivered like any other email you send.
